1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by web browsers when you visit online services. They allow websites to remember your device, authenticate your session, protect your workspace against unauthorized access, and evaluate overall site performance.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
Devoxn utilizes two categories of cookies:
Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always Active)
These cookies are required for fundamental platform security, session management, CSRF defense, and billing checkout. The platform cannot function properly without them. Under privacy regulations (including GDPR and ePrivacy), necessary cookies do not require prior consent.
Analytics & Experience Telemetry (Consent-Gated)
These optional cookies help us understand public website traffic and diagnose navigation issues. They are activated strictly after you grant affirmative consent via our Cookie Consent Banner or Preferences Modal.
Workspace Isolation: Analytics and session telemetry (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) are strictly blocked across all authenticated workspace routes (/workspace/*) to ensure corporate contracts, documents, and renewal deadlines are never tracked.
Marketing & Advertising Cookies (Not In Use)
Devoxn does not deploy cross-site commercial advertising retargeting pixels, social media ad trackers, or third-party behavioral profiling cookies.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You have full control over your cookie preferences at all times:
- In-App Preferences: Click the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page to open the interactive preferences modal and adjust or revoke your consent.
- Browser Controls: Most web browsers allow you to block, delete, or alert you to cookies via their privacy settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to your Devoxn workspace.
