1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for an account, creating a workspace, or using Devoxn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Workspace Accounts & RBAC
You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. Workspace owners and administrators manage team invitations, member roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer), and data access permissions within their workspace boundaries.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Devoxn provides subscription plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Business) with defined resource quotas for active renewal items, team seats, and document storage.
- Trials: Workspaces begin with a 7-day Growth tier trial. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace reverts to the Free tier.
- Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use & Storage Restrictions
You agree not to upload malicious code, reverse-engineer platform APIs, attempt unauthorized cross-tenant data access, or exceed plan rate limits. Uploaded document attachments must not contain prohibited, infringing, or illegal materials.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimers
Devoxn provides renewal tracking infrastructure on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain automated notification dispatchers and redundant database failover, you remain ultimately responsible for executing critical corporate renewals and compliance filings.
